We have discussed this issue and our conclusion is, we won't allow it to add players. You joined this tournament with a certain line-up to drive the entire tournament, so you should also finish with it. Besides that it's too much work to change it this late. Maybe we will allow it the next edition on certain restrictions.

Too bad you decided like that, because most of the players are used to play tournaments with that system. And a lot of work? It's just adding new players to team lists, that's all It would take less than an hour. But if that is the decision you made, we have to respect it.

The point about my last post was that we play this game for fun, not for money or something else. It is summer and many good (and bad) players, who have been away for some time, don't know anything about this tournament. Maybe they heard about it just recently and want to participate, but cannot anymore. And as this game is played for fun, tournament rules should be flexible if the majority wants it. I suggest we put up a poll and see what the players think of it .. But that is just a suggestion, no point of arguing anymore if you have made your decision :P
